Hurray for lazy coloring! I wanted to see if I could do the multiply layer feature in GIMP, AND I CAN

Well I sketched this last night in pen after seeing my sister's eighth grade play, which was (you guessed it) Mary Poppins. I can't get the songs out of my head, which doesn't necessarily bother me, but I have to laugh because when I saw a live musical version of the play in December, I kinda left the theater completely confused as to why some story stuff and songs were different (they couldn't get animated dancing penguins what? blasphemy!). Now I like some of the changes they made~

Of course everything I take in I have to make an AU of. That's just how my brain wants to work. Ricky would do a lot of the goofy things Bert does so I had to make this happen omg and Selena may not be the best Mary Poppins, but she can be proper and know-it-all so I made it work

And I am very sorry to P. L. Travers for I have given in to the Mary and Bert ship despite her not wanting there to be an kind of romance between them whoops ;;
